Philosophy
“I believe that all individuals can learn to live a rewarding, balanced, mindful, and healthy life. They can have positive family and or work-based interactions and learn to make meaningful connections. Together we can create opportunities to restore skills, learn, grow, play, and laugh. We can assist individuals to pursue individual interests and develop the tools they need to nurture their minds, bodies, and souls. The best part…music and play can help to facilitate all that!”

Philosophy
“I’m fascinated by how our minds work. The ways we think, communicate, and behave overall are so unique. Sometimes we need help with expressing ourselves, understanding others, or building different habits- and that’s okay! My goal is to help clients in their journeys to become their best selves. Let’s work together through talk, craft, and play. “

Philosophy
” There’s no progress without Struggle.’ By Frederick Douglass. We all have a story to tell, and in that story we will experience struggles that may get in the way of our goals we outlined in life. Those obstacles we will persevere with support, creating long-term and short-term goals, advocating, and being a listening ear! We have such beautiful minds, and when we tap into the power of our minds, we tend to be stronger than we know. Sometimes we need help revealing those strengths, communicating those thoughts, dealing with change or environments, and being able to see our progress. This is absolutely okay! My goal is to help clients as a support and an advocate for them to find their inner self, their inner peace and and self-worth. Let’s work together to jump over those challenges and obstacles we face and reach the finish line of progress, and thrive!”
